- 50% of the total package cost will be charged if cancellation is received between 5 to 3 days of arrival
- No refund will be provided if cancellation is received within 3 days before arrival or in case of NO SHOW
- Cancellation is not possible without incurring a charge for blackout dates/festive period/long weekend reservations
- Any refund will at least take 10 working days to process
- At the time of confirmation, 30% of the total package cost to be collected and balance amount is payable 5 days before arrival
