PANNA NATIONAL PARK
Panna Tiger Reserve is a critical tiger habitat located in Vindhya Hill in northern Madhya Pradesh and fragile through dynamic dry deciduous forest. This land is characterized by extensive plateaus and gorges. It is a land of mesmerizing waterfalls, naturals, archaeological splendors, legends & cultural richness. It is also the land of the Ken River, which lends it unparalleled beauty. This land is sounded by natural boundaries like in north, it is surrounded by teak forest & in easte, it is surrounded by Teak-Kardhai mixed forest. The NE-SW running Vindhya Hill ranges links the eastern and western population of wild animals.

Panna National Park is an Indian national park in Panna and Chhatarpur Districts of Madhya Pradesh with an area of 542.67 km2 (209.53 sq mi). It was declared in 1994 as the twenty second Tiger reserve of India and the fifth in Madhya Pradesh.[1] Panna National Park was given the Award of Excellence in 2007 as the best maintained national park of India by the Ministry of Tourism of India.[1] Although the reserve went through an ordeal losing almost all of its tigers in 2009 to poaching, a subsequent recovery program touted as one of the most successful big cat population restorations, has resulted in a growth of up to 80 tigers within the park.

Presence of an authorised park guide is compulsory with every tourist vehicle.Obeying the rules of the National Park is a must.Lifting of plants or animal or forest produce inside the park area is prohibited under the park rules.Refrain from smoking or lighting of fire inside the park premise.Drive under 20 km/hr and do not blow the horn. Remember the rule — in the forest, animals have the right of way.Do not disturb or tease the animals inside the park. Feeding or teasing animals in the park is prohibited inside the park area.Don’t get out of the vehicle at places unless you are told by your guide.Creating noises by using tape-recorder, transistor or any similar equipment in the park area is prohibited. Also, maintain silence during the safari.
